This site is awesome, I have been getting pallets since 2 years ago. I am so grateful that I found this site. Most of the items that I get from this place are electronics, to buy safe I buy class A and B products, these come with warranty, therefore you know that items have 90 days of warranty. Customer service has been doing a great service. The only thing that I dont like is that they close the facility in SC. Thank you direct liquidation.

My overall experience with Direct Liquidation is good, both with the products I’ve purchased (over 40 pallets) and customer service. Reading through the past reviews from DL customers plus adding my experience, the MSRP is not entirely correct. Please do your homework and check the items on the Manifest by copying the individual items under the title on the manifest and pasting them in your search bar. Doing this will help check the prices from multiple vendors!
Anyone that has used the shipping calculator estimator knows that it’s off; my experience is to add $40 to $70 depending on the products being purchased.
There are bugs to work through, that’s with all business ventures, but with an excellent customer service on the customer’s side, those bugs can be worked through; I give AL FIVE stars.
